Following an exciting reveal trailer, Dune: Awakening will be available on PC via Steam starting May 20th, 2025, with future releases planned for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. In anticipation, developer Funcom has launched the Character Creator and Benchmark Mode. This lets players not only craft their perfect character but also check if their PC is up to the task.
With the Character Creator, you have the freedom to tweak every detail of your character's appearance. Choose your home planet, caste, and mentor or class, and these choices will carry over into the full game.
