Stage 3 of the Wanted: Midas Quests requires opening an Outlaw Chest, demanding Rare rarity with the Outlaw Keycard. This involves extensive vault robbing, eliminating guards, and significant gold expenditure, potentially taking several hours. Upon completion, the challenging Stage 4 awaits.
The "Sensor Backpack" isn't found in chests or on the ground. It's located behind the wolf statue south of Crime City, near the Secret Wolf Pack rendezvous point. Interact with the case there to equip the backpack.
