ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration Opens!
Get ready for airborne, aquatic, and land-based battles alongside a squad of powerful female characters! Pre-registration for the Japanese server of ETE Chronicle:Re is now open.
For those unfamiliar, the original ETE Chronicle launched in Japan with a turn-based system that didn't meet expectations. However, the developers responded to player feedback, completely revamping the game for its Chinese release, creating a thrilling action title. This enhanced version, ETE Chronicle:Re, replaces the original Japanese release, with player purchases from the original game being transferred.
A World in Ruins: The Story
ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a chaotic future where humanity struggles for survival. The Yggdrasil Corporation, wielding advanced Galar tactical exoskeletons and their Tenkyu orbital base, has ravaged the Earth. The remaining survivors, united as the Humanity Alliance, fight back using E.T.E. combat machines piloted by skilled female warriors. As an enforcer, your strategic decisions directly influence both battles and the characters' destinies.
Fast-Paced Action: Gameplay
Command a team of four characters in intense, half-real-time combat. The dynamic system demands quick thinking and adaptability as you maneuver through enemy fire.
Addressing Past Concerns
The original game faced criticism for repetitive gameplay, fixed enemy distances preventing flanking maneuvers, and simultaneous party movement lacking individual character control. Whether ETE Chronicle:Re successfully addresses these issues remains to be seen.
