Shock: The Homing Missile Expert
Shock boasts a combat power of 4830 and utilizes the following abilities:
- Rocket Salvo: Unleashes a volley of homing missiles. Upon impact, these missiles deal damage, temporarily blinding and slowing affected enemies.
