Obtaining Heartfelt Thoughts:
Heartfelt Thoughts are obtained solely from completing the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda in the Realm of Breakthrough. Access this trial via a Warp Spire. Each successful completion, requiring 60 Vital Energy, yields one Heartfelt Thought.
The Realm of Breakthrough and the Wish Master Chigda trial unlock after completing Chapter 7. While you won't need Heartfelt Thoughts before then, this is noted for completeness.
Important Note on Realm of Breakthrough:
The Realm of Breakthrough allows reward collection only once per week. This means you can earn a maximum of one Heartfelt Thought weekly. Therefore, evolving the Wishful Aurosa to its fullest requires significant patience (21 weeks for all three evolutions).
Wishful Aurosa Evolutions:
The Wishful Aurosa has three evolutions, each demanding seven Heartfelt Thoughts. Completing all evolutions will take approximately 21 weeks, or roughly five months of consistent participation.
Realm of Breakthrough Reset:
The Realm of Breakthrough resets every Monday at 4:00 AM. A timer in the bottom-left corner of the trial selection screen shows the refresh countdown.
