Troughs:
Commonly found in towns and outposts, troughs offer a basic clean. Interact with them to remove some dirt and blood, but this method doesn't clean your clothing.
Bathing Spots:
Located near larger bodies of water (e.g., rivers, ponds), bathing spots provide a more thorough clean than troughs, partially cleaning both Henry and his clothing. An example is found west of the Nomads' and Cumans' Camps in the Trotsky region.
Bathhouses:
