Ready to experience the thrill of an MMORPG within *Roblox*? *Rune Slayer* delivers, offering quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing! But no true MMORPG is complete without a trusty mount, and *Rune Slayer* lets you get one. While not overly complex, the game doesn't explicitly guide you through the process. Let's change that.
Recommended Steps Before Mounting Your Pet

Before you picture yourself speeding across Rune Slayer, ensure you meet these prerequisites:
- Reach Level 20: This shouldn't take more than a few hours of questing, job completion, and monster slaying. Having friends along speeds things up significantly.
- Tame a Pet: A quest will guide you through this, but here's the gist:
- Find a tamable animal (deer, wolf, spider, etc.).
- Attack it once.
- Hold a food item the animal enjoys (apples for deer, raw deer meat for wolves).
- Watch for a heart above its head. A fully grown heart means success; a black heart signifies failure—try again with a different animal.
Once you've leveled up and tamed a pet, you're ready for the next stage.
Completing the Mount Quest

Upon reaching level 20, visit Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire. He'll offer the "Jimmy's Delivery" quest, requiring you to deliver a package to the Ashenshire Stable Master. Head north through Wayshire's northern entrance, following the path to Greatwood Forest. Avoid unnecessary detours as the forest's creatures can be challenging. Continue north until you reach Ashenshire, identifiable by its large houses built atop giant trees.

Find a rope, climb up, and speak to Madonna the Stable Master (the first NPC you encounter). There's no quest marker; simply select "I have a package for you." After she accepts the package, retrace your steps to Wayshire.

Upon your return, talk to Jimmy; he'll reward you with a saddle. It won't appear in your inventory to prevent accidental loss or sale.
Mounting Your Pet in Rune Slayer

Summon your pet (hold "T"), approach it, and select "Mount" (press "E"). Enjoy your high-speed travels! This method works for all mountable pets.
