This corroborates a report from Italian gaming site Multiplayer, which also mentioned a developer postponing a game launch to align with the PS5 Pro's release. Adding further credence to the rumors, analyst William R. Aguilar hinted on X (formerly Twitter) in July that Sony might announce the PS5 Pro later this year, possibly during a September 2024 State of Play event. This timeframe mirrors the PlayStation 4 Pro's release in 2016, announced on September 7th and released on November 10th.
