Enemies killed by this ability cannot be revived if Rotos has full HP via his "Vitality Plunder" skill. A kill with "Fated Destruction" grants an extra turn. His basic ability, "Terror Scourge," attacks one enemy, has a 75% chance to inflict a 60% defense decrease for two turns, and a 25% chance to grant an extra turn.
