Studio Bitmap Bureau is bringing a retro-style side-scrolling beat 'em up based on the iconic film, Terminator 2: Judgment Day. While inspired by the movie's plot, the game boasts original storylines and multiple endings, ensuring replayability. Key scenes from the classic film will remain, however, providing a familiar foundation for the action.
Players will step into the roles of the T-800, Sarah Connor, and the now-adult John Connor, each offering unique gameplay experiences. As the T-800 and Sarah Connor, players will face off against the relentless T-1000, while John Connor will lead the resistance against the machines.
The trailer features the franchise's instantly recognizable main theme, and faithfully recreates memorable Terminator 2 moments in a charming pixel art style. Beyond the main campaign, players can enjoy several exciting arcade modes.
Prepare for the launch on September 5th, 2025, for current-gen consoles and PC.
