Secure the Powerful SEVA-D Armor in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl – A Free Upgrade
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl's vendor armor is notoriously expensive, demanding both significant upfront costs and substantial coupon investments for upgrades. However, players can bypass these hefty expenses by acquiring the exceptionally durable SEVA-D suit, completely free, within the game's open world. This suit offers substantial benefits, including crucial PSI protection. Here's how to obtain it.
Locating the SEVA-D Armor
The SEVA-D armor is situated atop a building within the Cage area, located in the Cement Factory region of Stalker 2. This building is under construction and lies north of the Cement Factory base and east of the Slag Heap base. Reaching the summit requires navigating a challenging climb. Be prepared for a PSI anomalous field that inflicts ongoing damage. Carrying ample medkits and utilizing frequent quick saves is highly recommended to mitigate the risk of falls.
Ascending the Cage Building
Follow these steps to reach the roof:
- Ascend the initial concrete stairs to the first floor.
- Proceed along the right-hand path, traversing the narrow concrete beam to the opposite side. Locate and climb the stairs to the second floor.
- From the second floor, leap across the gap and follow the narrow path to the right.
- Cross the beam and jump the next gap to reach a rusted metal platform.
- Utilize the ladders to climb the platform. Employ the stacked boxes to access a narrow pathway.
- Carefully navigate the narrow concrete path and the connecting beam to the center.
- Locate another concrete beam with a pole to its right. Cross this beam and jump onto the adjacent platform. Use the stairs to reach the third floor.
- Finally, jump the gap to the opposite side, crouch under the concrete beam, and use the stairs to reach the roof.
Retrieving the SEVA-D Suit and its Attributes
The SEVA-D suit rests within a blue stash at the roof's edge. Remember to collect the limited-edition energy drink and the PDA containing valuable resources located under the table near the stash.
The suit's durability is at 70%, readily repairable by any technician for a fee. Its exceptional PSI and radiation protection, coupled with high physical protection, make it invaluable during combat. To descend, jump from the central roof hole; you'll land safely on a gravitational anomaly.
