Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," pose a unique difficulty. This guide helps you conquer this patrol and obtain all treasure chests.
The "Knight in a Storm" Dream Patrol, located in the Shores of Last Breath (Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City), is marked by a crossed-swords icon on your map after activating the area's Resonance Nexus. The quickest route is via the Tacet Field teleport (unlocks after completing "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms").
The Knight itself is relatively easy to defeat. The challenge lies in meeting the objective criteria for complete resource acquisition (Astrites and Monnaie):
- Maintain Battle Rank S for over 10 seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability usage (including Intro/Outro skills).
- Execute 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Parry the Knight's attacks while its weapon is enhanced (indicated by summoned swords).
- Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Use your ultimate ability to stun the Knight (deplete its white health bar).
Countering the Enhanced Weapon:
The Knight summons three swords, enhancing one. This triggers aerial lunge attacks – your prime counter-attack opportunity. When parry indicators align above the Knight, counter with an attack. Repeat this three times to complete this objective.
Carlotta players can effectively parry using jump attacks or rifle shots (during Resonance Liberation or with Molded Crystal stacks).
