Tarneeb 41

Tarneeb is a card game for two teams, each comprising players seated opposite each other. Using a standard 52-card deck, gameplay proceeds counter-clockwise. Each player attempts to predict the number of "Allmat" (tricks) their team will win in each round.

The player who wins the bid to declare "Tarneeb" throws down a card; other players must then throw cards of the same type. The player who throws the winning card takes the trick. If a player doesn't have a matching card, they can opt to declare "Tarneeb." "Tarneeb" cards are superior to all others, except for a stronger "Tarneeb" card.

The round concludes when all players have played their cards. Points are tallied. A team only scores if they meet or exceed their bid. If successful, they gain points equal to the number of tricks won. If unsuccessful, points are deducted, and the opposing team receives points based on their tricks won.

If a team bids for and wins 13 tricks without explicitly bidding for 13, they receive 16 points. Successfully bidding for and winning 13 tricks awards 26 points. Failure to achieve a 13-trick bid results in a 16-point deduction.

The game ends when a team reaches a total score of 41 or more points, declaring that team the winner.
