Eliminate all viruses using matching-colored capsules! This puzzle game features red, yellow, and blue viruses. Players strategically guide falling capsules, moving and rotating them to align with viruses and existing capsules. Four or more horizontally or vertically aligned capsules/viruses of the same color are removed.
The goal is to clear each level by eliminating all viruses. Game over occurs if capsules block the bottle's neck.
Players choose the difficulty (0-20 levels) at the start of each game, affecting the number of viruses to clear. Three speed settings control capsule descent. Scoring is based solely on virus elimination, not time or capsule usage. Higher difficulty levels offer higher scoring potential, though the number of viruses remains constant at the highest level. Bonus points are awarded for simultaneously eliminating multiple viruses, but not for chain reactions. Faster speeds also increase point values.
