Power Cruise Control (PCC) is a smart navigation app designed to eliminate range anxiety for electric commercial vehicles, specifically supporting the Fiat e-Ducato (47 kWh and 79 kWh models). Unlike other EV apps, PCC connects directly to your vehicle via a Bluetooth OBDII dongle, providing real-time data on your State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), speed, power consumption, and more. This constant communication allows PCC to offer precise and reliable range predictions.
The intuitive interface features a clear "Heaven-Hell" indicator, guiding you safely to your destination. PCC considers orography (hills and valleys), driving style, air temperature, climate control usage, and other factors to calculate energy consumption accurately. It also conveniently displays nearby and en-route charging stations.
Using PCC is straightforward: connect your OBDII dongle, set your destination, choose your energy strategy, and follow the Heaven-Hell indicator. This simple process ensures safe and efficient journeys.
New features include MultiCharge options with real-time connector status updates (where available from the provider). You can also customize the app's display to mph/km/h and Celsius/Fahrenheit.
