Big news for fans of the Now You See Me franchise: not only is Now You See Me 3 officially titled Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, but Now You See Me 4 is also in development. This exciting announcement was made on-stage at CinemaCon by Adam Fogelson, chair of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, who also confirmed that Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is still set to release on November 14, 2025.

Director Ruben Fleischer, known for his work on Zombieland, Uncharted, and Venom, has signed on with Lionsgate to helm the fourth installment of the action-heist series, which has already grossed an impressive $700 million worldwide.

PlayThe original cast members Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman will be joined by a new generation of illusionists, including Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt, with Rosamund Pike starring in *Now You See Me: Now You Don’t*. This film marks a reunion for Fleischer with Eisenberg and Harrelson, echoing their successful collaboration in *Zombieland*.

Bobby Cohen, the original developer and producer of the series, will return to produce the upcoming films alongside Alex Kurtzman of Secret Hideout, with Meredith Wieck overseeing the project for Lionsgate.

Adam Fogelson expressed his excitement, stating, "Ruben has delivered all of the twists and turns and sleight-of-hand that audiences expect from this franchise while upping the stakes and scale in every way. We can’t wait for audiences to discover what he’s done with the third film and are thrilled he’ll be making even more magic with us."

Ruben Fleischer shared his enthusiasm, saying, "Directing Now You See Me: Now You Don’t was as much fun as making any movie in my career. It combines two of my favorite things — heist movies and magic — and working with this incredible cast was truly magical. Of course, I want to keep it going."

IGN's reviews of the previous films were mixed, with Now You See Me scoring a 6.3/10, described as "seemingly promising but ultimately squandering its cool cast and nifty premise on smarmy, shallow characters and a flimsy, nonsensical plot." Now You See Me 2 received a slightly lower score of 6.2/10, with the review stating, "it's not the worst magic act in town, but it's all flash and no substance."
