Obtaining Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Currently, a special event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Engage in AI battles using Water-type decks themed around Lapras to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras EX.
Important Note: The event concludes November 18th, so act quickly!
Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. While luck plays a significant role (you might get it on your first try, or after many attempts), consistently battling at the Expert level guarantees a Promo Pack per match. While other difficulty levels offer a chance at a Promo Pack, Expert is the most reliable.
Completing all battle stages rewards you with Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your stamina and continue farming. If you have a Pikachu EX deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage for hands-off farming.
If you're unlucky and miss out before the event ends, remember that trading is planned for a future update, providing another avenue to acquire Lapras EX.
