The wait is over, and Nintendo has finally unveiled the specs of the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2, leaving fans buzzing with excitement. During today's Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, Nintendo showcased several impressive features of the system. The Nintendo Switch 2 comes with a larger 7.9-inch screen compared to its predecessor, yet maintains the same thickness of 13.9mm. This new screen supports 1080p resolution in handheld mode at up to 120fps and features an LCD panel with HDR capabilities. When docked, the system can handle up to 4K resolution with HDR, enhancing the visual experience for players.

The Joy-Con 2 controllers introduce a new magnetic connection system and can be detached with a release button located on the back. The SL and SR buttons on the sides are larger, making them more comfortable for horizontal play. Additionally, the left and right sticks have been upsized, and the controllers now support mouse control, adding a new dimension to gameplay.

The handheld version of the Nintendo Switch 2 includes a built-in microphone with noise-canceling technology and supports 3D audio for compatible games, enhancing the immersive experience.
