New Pokémon Sleep Companions: Sneasel and Weavile!
Pokémon Sleep players have a treat! As of December 3rd, Sneasel and Weavile are available to befriend. This guide explains how.
Where to Find Sneasel and Weavile
Given their dual Ice/Dark typing in the main series, you might expect to find them in snowy areas. In Pokémon Sleep, however, they're classified as Dark-type Pokémon. You can find them at:
- Snowdrop Tundra: Their primary habitat.
- Greengrass Isle: Accessible to all players, regardless of progress.
If you're on a different island, use an EZ Travel Ticket to switch.
Sleep Types
Both Sneasel and Weavile are Dozing-type Pokémon. Increasing your chances of encountering them requires a Dozing sleep type for the night. Sneasel is easier to find initially, evolving into Weavile with 80 Sneasel Candy and a Razor Claw. However, you'll still need to find Weavile in the wild for research data.
Are They Good Pokémon?
Sneasel's value lies in berry gathering (Wiki Berries) and providing a Tasty Chance S boost to your dishes. Its ingredient requirements include sought-after items.
Speciality | Ingredients | Main Skill |
---|---|---|
Wiki Berries | Bean Sausage, Fancy Egg, Greengrass Soybeans | Tasty Chance S |
