When Are Trading and Space-Time Smackdown Coming to Pokémon TCG Pocket?
Trading arrives on January 29th, 2025, followed by the Space-Time Smackdown expansion on January 30th! This update also brings stylish new binder and display board covers featuring Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai.
The highly anticipated trading feature requires two new items: trade hourglasses and trade tokens. Currently, only cards from the Genetic Apex and Mythical Island expansions (rarity levels 1-4 and ★1) are tradeable, but more will be added in future updates.
Space-Time Smackdown focuses on the Sinnoh region, introducing two new booster packs starring the Legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia, showcasing stunning new card artwork. You'll also find Lucario, and the beloved Sinnoh starter Pokémon: Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup. For a complete overview of the update, watch the video below:
