Kemco has released a new visual novel exclusively on Android: Together We Live. This post-apocalyptic tale delves into the weighty themes of human sin and the arduous journey of atonement. Already available on Steam for PC, it promises a compelling narrative.
A Girl Atoning for Humanity's Sins
Together We Live introduces Kyoya, whose journey begins unexpectedly. He awakens in a dimly lit room, only to discover it's the year 4000—nearly two millennia from his last memory. Earth lies in ruins, a desolate wasteland, where he encounters a mysterious girl who holds the key to his understanding. This girl, however, carries an immense burden. Trapped in a cycle of repeated death and rebirth, she endlessly atones for humanity's past sins. Countless times she dies, only to be resurrected, facing the same agonizing task. This brutal cycle profoundly affects Kyoya, inspiring him to share the concept of happiness with her.
The narrative unfolds at a deliberate pace, initially slow-burning. However, once the story gains momentum, the twists, turns, and seemingly insignificant details woven into the early parts take on significant importance.

The game features full voice acting for the central female character, adding a haunting yet fitting layer to her story. Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free to Play Pass subscribers.
