Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 introduces highly anticipated S-Rank agent reruns! For the first time, players can obtain previously released characters like Ellen Joe and Qingyi. This marks a significant shift from the game's previous focus on solely introducing new agents.
The two-phase update structure continues. Phase 1 (January 22nd - February 12th) features the new Ether agent Astra Yao alongside a rerun banner for Ellen Joe (originally from Version 1.1), including her Agent Story. Phase 2 (February 12th - March 11th) brings Evelyn Chevalier and a rerun banner for Qingyi (also from Version 1.1). Both rerun banners will also offer their respective W-Engines.
This decision to implement rerun banners mirrors the practices of HoYoverse's other successful titles, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, addressing a long-standing request from the Zenless Zone Zero community. Previous speculation regarding Version 1.4's inclusion of reruns proved unfounded, but the wait is finally over.
Adding to the excitement, Version 1.5 also unveils three new character outfits: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. The latter is a free reward obtainable through the Day of Brilliant Wishes event. This confirms recent leaks and provides players with additional cosmetic options.
