We've received reports that some Android 11 devices experience immediate crashes upon launching the app. To resolve this issue, you can try performing an "Erase Storage" action, which should allow the app to start normally. However, please be aware that this will delete your "parking lot posting history," and unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered.
**Procedure:**
- Open "Settings"
- Open "Apps and Notifications"
- Tap "PP Park!" from the application list
- Open "Storage and Cache"
- Tap "Erase Storage"
This bug is related to Android 11, and Google is aware of the issue. While we anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar problems persist globally. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend using "Erase Storage" if you encounter this issue.
