Finding the Storm King
The final quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will be revealed. This fight requires dodging dynamite and blocking melee attacks while using a crossbow.
To power the Tempest Gateway, you need at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are obtained by defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King
With the Tempest Gateway active, face the Storm King. This boss battle resembles online raid encounters. Attack the glowing yellow weak points; the Storm King becomes more aggressive after each point is destroyed. Exploit his stuns to unleash powerful melee attacks.
The Storm King uses ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth precedes a laser blast – dodge left or right. He also summons meteors and throws rocks (their trajectories are predictable). If he raises his hands, he's about to pound the ground – move back to avoid the impact. A direct hit can quickly eliminate players.
