Unfrozen unveils a new teaser showcasing the Dungeon faction in their upcoming turn-based strategy game, Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era. This detailed look at the Dungeon faction's units provides a deeper understanding than the initial reveal.
"Beyond showcasing the remaining factions, we wanted to clarify some aspects missing from our first Dungeon preview," the developers stated. "We're also introducing our more elusive third-tier units! Note that some abilities and combat stances from the initial video might differ here, as this focuses on previously unshown elements."
The Dungeon faction boasts classic units like troglodytes, minotaurs, medusas, and dragons. Each unit has upgraded versions with superior stats and unique abilities. For example, the Infernal Hydra features a passive skill that diminishes incoming damage over multiple turns, proving a significant advantage in combat.
The video presents a glimpse into the current animations and unit statistics. However, the developers emphasize that balancing adjustments may occur before the official release.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is slated for Early Access launch in Q2 2025, with a full release planned afterward.
