Pokemon GO March 2025 Community Days Details Revealed
Fuecoco Takes the Spotlight in March’s First Community Day
Mark your calendars! Pokémon GO has announced that Fuecoco will headline the first Community Day of March on March 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (local time). During this event, Fuecoco will appear more frequently on the map, with an increased chance of encountering its Shiny variant.
Evolving Fuecoco into Skeledirge (via Crocalor) during or within a week after the event grants it the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Additionally, Skeledirge can learn the Charged Attack Torch Song without any time restrictions.
A Special Background Timed Research will also be available, rewarding trainers with a Fuecoco encounter featuring a Seasonal Special Background. Completing these tasks until March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm (local time) will further boost your chances of encountering Shiny Fuecoco.
For a small fee of $2.00, trainers can access the exclusive Community Day Special Research, which includes three Fuecoco encounters with a Seasonal Special Background, alongside Battle Passes and Rare Candies. This ticket can also be purchased and gifted to friends with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.

Pokémon GO has unveiled the schedule for Community Day events from March through May 2025, all set for weekends. The confirmed dates are:

Community Day Classics bring back beloved Pokémon like Ralts, previously featured in August 2019 and January 2025. New Pokémon will be spotlighted on the other dates, though their identities remain a mystery for now.

Choose Your Path: Candela or Arlo?
The Beloved Buddies event introduces the unique Timed Research featuring Dhelmise, allowing trainers to choose between two paths: one with Candela, the leader of Team Valor, and the other with Arlo, a Team GO Rocket leader.
Before choosing a path, trainers will complete initial tasks rewarding Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine. Then, it's time to decide:
Candela Path: Focus on strengthening your bond with your Buddy Pokémon. Rewards include Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.
Arlo Path: Emphasize catching Pokémon and battling. Rewards include Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, a Rocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
