Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leaks Reveal Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Locations
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While the fiery Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are gradually adding placeholders for the Cryo nation of Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa's icy domain. Snezhnaya's immense size—potentially surpassing Sumeru and Liyue, extending west from Natlan and encircling Fontaine to the north—suggests a phased release.
Early speculation placed Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0, but recent data mining strongly supports its location within Snezhnaya. As an autonomous province, Nod-Krai serves as a vital trade hub connecting Snezhnaya to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places it in Snezhnaya's south, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster (from the Version 5.4 beta) reveal a placeholder landmass beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timing, it points towards Nasha Town and Nod-Krai's location.
Exploring Nod-Krai: A Lawless Province
Nod-Krai is a region and city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite some order maintained by the Voynich Guild, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates here. Nasha Town is a key settlement, and Nod-Krai's inhabitants possess a power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya into multiple releases might be controversial, but its scale necessitates this approach, narratively and developmentally. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will likely prepare for Snezhnaya's arrival. While Capitano's fate remains unknown, Natlan introduces Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring delays, Version 6.0 is projected for September 10, 2025.
