Forge Falcons Unleashes Helldivers 2-Inspired PvE Mode in Halo Infinite
Now Available on Xbox and PC!
The Halo Infinite community has a brand new PvE experience to enjoy, thanks to the Forge Falcons, a dedicated community development studio. Their latest creation, "Helljumpers," is a free, early access mode available now in Halo Infinite Custom Games for Xbox and PC. Drawing inspiration from the popular 2024 title Helldivers 2 by Arrowhead Game Studios, Helljumpers offers a fresh take on Halo Infinite's gameplay.
Built within Halo Infinite's Forge map creation tool, Helljumpers provides a 4-player cooperative experience. It features: custom-designed strategies; a meticulously crafted urban map with dynamically generated objectives; and a progression system mirroring Helldivers 2's upgrade unlocks.
Gameplay involves six deployment cycles per match, similar to Helldivers. Players choose their preferred loadouts (including Assault Rifles, Sidekick pistols, and more) before deploying. Selected weapons can be re-supplied via dropship. A perk system allows for upgrades to health, damage, and speed. Teams must complete three objectives – one story objective and two primary objectives – before extraction.
