Praying in *BitLife* is often overlooked, but it can be a surprisingly helpful way to improve your in-game life, especially when tackling specific challenges. This guide shows you how.

The easiest way to pray is via the option in the bottom right of your main screen, above your stats. However, you can also access the "Pray" option within the Activities menu. You can pray for: Fertility, General Happiness, Health, Love, or Wealth. Each prayer requires watching a short ad to receive a response. The results vary: praying for fertility might lead to pregnancy; general prayers offer random benefits (money, new friends, etc.); praying for health can cure diseases—a particularly useful feature for challenges like "Disco Inferno."

Alternatively, you can choose to "curse" the BitLife developers instead of praying. This option introduces a negative consequence (losing a friend, contracting an illness), but sometimes yields unexpected positive results, like receiving a small amount of money.

When To Pray in BitLife

Praying provides small boosts that can be crucial for survival or challenge completion. It's particularly useful for overcoming incurable diseases or for conceiving children when facing fertility challenges within a challenge, especially if medical intervention isn't financially feasible. While praying for wealth or general happiness might yield small rewards (a few hundred dollars), its utility is less consistent.

Praying is also a valuable tool during in-game scavenger hunts, often associated with holidays. Scavenger hunt items frequently appear as prayer rewards, making it a worthwhile activity during these events.

In short, praying in BitLife offers a blend of practical and potentially amusing gameplay benefits. Whether you're a devout Bitizen seeking blessings or a mischievous player tempting fate by cursing the developers, the choice is yours. And if you’re feeling adventurous, try cursing the devs for a surprise outcome.
