Gaijin Entertainment has revealed exciting news for War Thunder players: the Firebirds update, arriving early November, introduces a wave of new aircraft and other military hardware. This substantial update boasts a roster of iconic aircraft, significantly expanding the game's content.

New Aircraft Taking Flight

The update features a trio of highly anticipated aircraft: the stealthy American F-117 Nighthawk, the Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, and the powerful F-15E Strike Eagle. These are joined by new ground and naval vehicles, including the British FV107 Scimitar light tank and the French Dunkerque battleship.

Let's examine some key additions. The F-117A Nighthawk, a first for War Thunder, utilizes stealth technology, employing unique design and materials to evade radar and infrared detection. Its angular shape and radar-absorbing materials made it a legendary aircraft during Operation Desert Storm.

The F-15E Strike Eagle, a potent upgrade to the classic F-15, offers a significantly increased payload and advanced ground target detection capabilities.
