Patch 11.1 of World of Warcraft will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token for every 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch launches.
The World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary event, concluding after 11 weeks, allowed players to accumulate Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing updated Tier 2 sets and anniversary items. Any surplus tokens could already be exchanged for Timewarped Badges, the currency for Timewalking events.
Blizzard has confirmed that Bronze Celebration Tokens will not be used again. This automatic conversion in Patch 11.1 prevents players from retaining unused, obsolete currency. The conversion ratio mirrors that offered during the event itself.
While a firm release date for Patch 11.1 remains unannounced, February 25th is a strong possibility, considering the timing of other in-game events (Plunderstorm and Turbulent Timeways). This means the token conversion will likely happen after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes.
Timewarped Badges, the converted currency, remain valuable for future Timewalking events, with no planned removal of purchasable rewards. Players are advised to log in after Patch 11.1 to claim their Timewarped Badges.
