Navigate to the recipient's profile, tap "Send anonymous Tell" below their profile picture.
Locate the question, tap the three-dot icon to the right, and select "Delete."
Tap the reply button, enter your response, and press send.
Open their profile, tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, and select "Block" from the menu.
Go to your profile, tap "Edit Profile," and update your username as needed.
