Statues of a woman holding a glowing red orb are also dispersed throughout the dungeon. Interacting with these statues not only saves your progress but also restores your health, making them crucial checkpoints.
The remake introduces five new bosses, including a giant mecha-fish and a Frog King, adding to the excitement. The variety of enemies, from tiny purple bats to wide-eyed frogs, keeps the gameplay dynamic. Some enemies follow predictable patterns, requiring strategic planning to defeat them.
