Redeeming codes is straightforward but requires reaching level 16 (approximately one hour of gameplay). Follow these steps:
- Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
- Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
- Select "Settings" (gear icon) in the lower-left of the Stats menu.
- Navigate to the "Basic" tab.
- In the "Customer Service" section, find and select "Redeem Code."
- Enter a code in the input field. Copy-pasting is recommended.
- Click "Confirm."
A successful redemption will display a confirmation message, and rewards will be added to your account.
