Note 1: To manage your notifications, you can disable resident notifications by following these steps:
(A) Long-press the resident notification, click on "All Categories" to access the settings, and turn off "Background Services".
(B) Navigate to "Settings->Apps->Taiwan Weather", select "All Notifications", and disable "Background Service".
